Individual Sessions
One-on-One Mental Performance Coaching – Designed Just for You! Work directly with a mental performance coach in sessions tailored to your unique needs. We start with an introductory session to discuss the areas of your mental game you’d like to focus on and build a program specifically for you. Each session is 45 minutes and offered in 3, 6, or 12 week series with one meeting per week. Sessions may include topics such as goal setting, motivation, visualization, confidence, leadership, performance routines, self-awareness, and more. Develop the mental tools to elevate your performance and take your game to the next level.
Team Sessions
Have a sports team who would benefit from mental performance training as a group? Then this service is for you! We offer multiple series on a wide array of topics including but not limited to teamwork, resilience, performance routines, leadership, problem solving, communication and more. We offer these programs in a 3, 6 or 12 week series as we believe in teaching actionable tools and providing consistent, sustainable support.
